If you search by departure point only, you will see all available flights sorted by price – this is a great way to find the best deals. You can also use filters by date, destination, and duration to get more precise results according to your preferences.

2. What do I need to book?

Once you have selected your desired flight, click on the "Book" button and fill in the form with the necessary information. The travel registrant can be a person or а сompany – this is the person/company who makes the payment and in whose name the payment documents will be issued. The travelers are the persons who will actually fly. Their names must be entered exactly as they appear on their personal travel documents (international passport). Please check the names carefully before completing the booking, as they cannot be changed afterwards. In addition, please provide an email address that you use regularly – you will receive a confirmation, airline tickets, and all additional information related to your trip at this address.

3. Is the booking through the website secure?

Yes, our website is connected to the airlines' reservation systems so that you can see all offers in real time and book in real time. When you make a reservation through our website, the reservation is automatically created without the need to reconfirm the price or availability of seats.

4. How do I pay?

5. Can I request additional services, such as a reserved seat, special menu, or extra baggage?

Yes, after completing your booking and receiving your booking number, you can visit the website of the respective airline and request additional services such as seat selection, extra baggage, special meals, and others, if the airline offers this option. Please note that for charter flights, it is not possible to add additional services directly through the airline's website. In these cases, the conditions are fixed and cannot be customized.

6. What documents will I receive after making a reservation?

Once you have successfully completed your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation, an e-ticket or voucher, and information about the check-in procedure at the email address you provided. You can find detailed information here.

7. How can I check in for my flight?

After making a reservation through our platform, you will receive an e-ticket or voucher by email, as well as detailed instructions on how to check in for your flight. The check-in procedure depends on the specific airline – in most cases, it can be done online, via the airline's website or mobile app. However, for some flights, check-in can only be done at the airport before departure. 8. Can I make changes after I have made a reservation?

The possibility of changing names, dates, or other details on an existing booking depends entirely on the terms and conditions of the airline you are flying with. Most airlines allow certain changes, but in many cases these are subject to an additional fee, the amount of which varies. If you wish to make a change to your booking, please contact us by email, providing your booking number and clearly stating what change you wish to make. We will check the options available according to the airline's rules and get back to you as soon as possible.

9. Can I cancel a reservation?

Yes, if you wish to cancel your trip, please note that different cancellation fees apply depending on the terms and conditions of the various suppliers/tour operators/airlines.

Regardless of the cancellation fee and ticket price, Fiesta Travel also charges a cancellation processing fee of €20.00. Please note: Flights costing less than €100.00 cannot be canceled!

Requests for cancellation of charter flights must be made by email to email. The email must explicitly state that you agree to pay the cancellation fees and the cancellation processing fee. If you are not entitled to a refund from the supplier, you must pay us the cancellation processing fee immediately after sending the request. Otherwise, we are not obliged to carry out the cancellation requested by you and are not liable for any damages or lost profits incurred by you.

10. What happens in case of flight delay or cancellation?

In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, you must contact the airline directly. They are responsible for providing additional information, compensation, or rebooking. All legal rights of passengers, including those under European law (Regulation (EU) No. 261/2004), remain in force.
